Japanese Storefront Project in Blender
For this project, I created a detailed Japanese storefront building in Blender, inspired by real-life scenes from the streets of Tokyo and Osaka. The entire environment was modeled based exclusively on photo references and image material, with a focus on capturing authentic architectural and cultural details.
Key aspects of the project include:
Image-based modeling for realism and accuracy
Careful UV mapping to ensure clean, high-quality textures
The creation of one of Japan’s most iconic street elements: a classic vending machine, built from scratch and fully textured
This project combines technical 3D modeling skills with a strong visual sense for everyday Japanese street aesthetics – from aged facades to glowing vending machines.
