The illustration I designed for Freizeitpark Moers is created in a colorful comic style, specifically aimed at engaging children and teenagers. The goal was to reflect the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere of the park while capturing the attention of its young audience.
Key features of the park, such as playgrounds, the lush green surroundings, and iconic elements like specific attractions or landmarks, have been incorporated into the design. This ensures that the illustration blends seamlessly with the park's overall aesthetic while highlighting its unique character.
The artwork is intended as a wall design for a restroom building, aiming to visually enhance the otherwise functional space. The cheerful and detailed comic style was chosen to captivate viewers, create a positive experience, and spark curiosity about the many discoveries the park has to offer.
During the creation process of the illustration, I made a short clip showcasing the different steps of the design. The clip provides an exciting glimpse into the project’s development and highlights how the concept evolved into the final artwork. It’s a great way to bring the creative process to life!
